With your subscription pack you'll receive a CD containing PC Guru's unique error-detection software.

Once installed, it can be used to detect problems before they get worse. You can then call us to get it fixed!

Sometimes, the problem simply requires someone to come round and fix the problem by hand. Home visits aren't free with PC Guru, but you will receive a preferential 10% discount if you need to use the service.
